I had the opportunity to visit Moscow in the autumn of 2021, and it was then that I met beautiful Kristina. I actually had wrote to her on Telegram prior to my trip to introduce myself, and to ask if she would be available the week that I would be visiting, and she replied that she would be, and that she would be happy to meet me. I somehow was able to tell that she is kind and courteous just from looking at her photos, and when I met her, I was proven correct! Her photos match exactly as in real life, if not, she is even better in person. Our conversation was great, especially since her English is near perfect; she has been studying her whole life. However, things didn't really pick up until later in our conversation when I told that she has a big heart. She is very humble, and she also seems incredibly passionate about the issues that she takes on. Throughout the conversation, I have never felt more than one hundred percent aligned with my conversation partner; she is amazingly persistent and steadfast in their beliefs. During the remainder of my visit to Moscow, I was able to see just how her love for language grows in proportion to her size and influence in the world, especially since she has millions upon millions of followers on Social Media platforms like Twitter and Facebook where her reach surely is much larger. All this brings us back to just How Important Language Learnethly Material for Understanding Today’s News; Language Learning & Foreign Culture Context, and it reinforces why it is so essential to learn languages fluently in order to understand all that you want to know about current events happening throughout the world today and tomorrow!)
